What should be paid attention to in aluminum scaffold?

1. Before installing scaffolds, take out the positioning cables of the scaffolds and place the bases and supports correctly according to the designed dimensions. Bamboo and wood scaffoldings should be buried on the ground. It is strictly forbidden to install landing labels on the white pens.

2. The vertical rod should be vertically and stably placed on the metal bracket or liner, and the vertical rod and vertical horizontal rod joints should be staggered. The connection of steel pipe scaffold must be connected with fasteners, tighten the bolts, and prohibit binding with other materials.

3. The materials for installing scaffolds should be the same. Mixing steel, wood, bamboo and other materials is strictly prohibited. Scaffolds MUST BE INSTALLED ACCORDING to the construction schedule AND SHALL NOT EXCEED TWO STAGES on adjacent cloSETS at a time.

4. At the beginning of pole installation, install a support every 6 times and remove it according to the situation before the wall is firmly installed. When you land at a walled rescue point, you install a vertical, vertical, and horizontal bar there, and then immediately install a ledge.

5. 8. When stamping steel footstool, wooden footstool and bamboo rope footstool overlap, the overlap length is 200mm. Two horizontal bars must be installed for docking. The spacing between the two horizontal bars must not exceed 200mm. Cross the footstool at the corner of the shelf so that it overlaps. The soles of the feet should be paved, with wooden blocks, firmly fixed, not brick shop. The main bamboo bars should be placed perpendicular to the vertical horizontal bar direction, using butt tiling, the four corners of the application of 14 galvanized steel wire fixed on the vertical horizontal bar.
